The City of Winter Haven is diligent in its efforts to help support breast cancer initiatives. Each year the City hosts events that benefit local agencies devoted to funding a cure for breast cancer. Recently, the City has also added prostate cancer to its list of beneficiaries. The City has three major events planned for this year. Two of the events are breast cancer fundraisers in which all of the net proceeds will benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Suncoast Affiliate. The third event will split its proceeds between local breast cancer and prostate cancer agencies. Please review the list below and plan to participate in one or more of these exciting events while helping to support a great cause!
